WHO WE ARE
Participatory Development Associates (PDA), is a social development, project management and advisory organisation that is based in Ghana and works across Sub-Saharan Africa.
We work with government, non-government and private organisations, as well as multilateral and bilateral organisations, in areas such as research, monitoring and evaluation, policy analysis and advocacy, local economic development, education, agribusiness, child labor and remediation, financial inclusion (VSLAs & Cooperatives), gender, and development.
The organisation has a pool of experienced research and impact evaluation experts, development practitioners, consultants and associates who aim to support processes of empowerment and self-determination in communities, organisations, and individuals.
