OVERVIEW OF PDA SUPPORT SERVICES UNIT
The PDA Support Services (PSS) Unit handles a host of business support services for PDA as well as for Individuals, Small Commercial or Homebased Businesses and Large Corporations. In support of and in line with the vision and mission of PDA, PSS is committed to ensuring profitability and sustainability of its operations to aid in the execution of participatory development by all PDA units.
Within PDA, PSS, in addition to focusing on supporting all other units of the company in the execution of their programmes and activities, also focuses its operations around two of the PDA Strategic Themes (ST) as illustrated in figure 1 below.
MISSION
The mission of PSS is to provide fast, accurate and professional business support services to Individuals, Small Commercial or Homebased Businesses and Large Corporations focused in the following areas, outlined in figure 2 below.

Our objective is to work with Individuals and organizations to provide professional, confidential and time conscious support services to meet their business needs. Using our corporate experience, competent team and state of the art equipment affords PSS the ability to ensure all clients have value for money in working with us;

OUR COMPETITIVE PRICING
Our prices are simple, straight forward and competitive.
OUR UNMATCHED PAYMENT METHOD
We believe in building relationships and making our services more affordable and convenient to all our clients.
We therefore, have a flexible payment arrangement for ongoing or regular business clients, which afford them to be billed at the end of month for that month’s work completed. For bulk orders however, 50% initial payment is required before commencement of work. We have a maximum 5 days payment policy from date of the invoice.
For one-time business clients, walk in clients or individuals, billing is done at the completion of the job, with immediate payment required.
We accept cash and cheques for amounts above GHS 500.00 (returned cheques however, attract a GHS 50.00 service charge).
OUR HASSLE-FREE PROCESS
When you have a job order, you can send PSS instructions and any documents either personally or via email and we immediately start working on it. After any revisions and final proofing of the documents, you shall be contacted either personally or via email (which ever shall be your preference) to certify the work for final production.
Each project or job order you make, shall be handled professionally with meticulous attention to detail, confidentiality and focus on your satisfaction.
You shall be issued an invoice upon completion of work for payment. For bulk orders however, an initial 50% payment shall be required before commencement of the job order.
