Project Objectives:
- Present the Ghana Commercial Agriculture Project to key CSOs for assessment.
- Generate actionable feedback to shape the project’s implementation and the development of the PIM.
- Enhance stakeholder engagement in the planning and execution of GCAP.
PDA’s Task:
PDA was responsible for the end-to-end facilitation of the consultative workshops, ensuring structured dialogue between CSOs, government officials, and World Bank representatives.
How We Went About It:
- Workshop Design & Planning: Organized two separate 2-day workshops, each tailored to the local context of Accra and Tamale.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Invited and engaged a diverse group of CSOs to provide comprehensive feedback on the GCAP.
- Feedback Integration: Collected and synthesized stakeholder inputs to inform the shaping of GCAP and the drafting of the PIM.
