- Prepare partners for effective collaboration in implementing community-focused initiatives in cocoa-growing regions.

PDA was responsible for planning and facilitating the orientation workshop, delivering interactive sessions that communicated Mars Inc.’s principles and operational approach.
How We Went About It:
