This advanced facilitator formation programme was developed to build on the experience of seasoned facilitators. PDA, in partnership with IBIS West Africa, coordinated and co-facilitated the programme, which involved a rigorous stakeholder consultation process, curriculum design, fund-raising, hands-on facilitation, and comprehensive documentation.

PDA’s Task:
PDA coordinated the entire process—from stakeholder consultations and curriculum design to fund-raising, facilitation, and documenting the programme’s outcomes.
How We Went About It:
