Project Snapshot:
PDA conducted an external review of the PIWA Community Radio Programme in Senegal. This involved a desk review and semi-structured interviews with staff from both PIWA and Free Voice, as well as with PIWA representatives in all four countries of operation (Mauritania, Guinea, Nigeria, and Sierra Leone). The review assessed whether all planned programme activities had been successfully implemented.
Project Objectives:

- Identify strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement in the PIWA Community Radio Programme.
- Provide recommendations to enhance programme delivery and impact.
PDA’s Task:

How We Went About It:
- Conducted a thorough desk review of programme documents and past reports.
- Held semi-structured interviews with key programme stakeholders across four countries.
- Analyzed qualitative data to assess programme performance and compile actionable recommendations.
