Quality Research and Analysis of the Economic Impacts of the Livelihood Empowerment Against Poverty Programme

Oxford Policy Management (OPM) was contracted by FAO to assess the economic impacts of cash transfer programmes across six countries. In Ghana, the focus was on the LEAP cash transfer programme. PDA supported the study by providing two team leaders and six field researchers to conduct a qualitative assessment, exploring the economic impacts of LEAP and its synergies with other social protection programmes.
