The entire staff of PDA received your sudden demise with shock, and dismay. No one for once, ever thought this could happen at this prime time, but as the saying goes in our local parlance “owuo kuta adeɛ a nkwa ntumi nnye”.Until her death, Deborah worked with PDA as a logistic assistant. She joined the organization in July 2012. As part of her job description, Auntie Ade (as she was affectionately called) managed finances and inventory regarding office supplies, and coordinated the logistics for workshops and other PDA programmes. Auntie Ade’s style and approach to work was highly exceptional. She executed her duties with passion, diligence, and commitment. Her respect for co-workers, even her subordinates was second to none. She was indeed an epitome of humility, love and kindness. She has left an indelible mark that can never be effaced. Her contribution to the success story cannot be underestimated.Auntie Ade, this vacuum you have left can never be filled. Your memories with us at PDA will continue to remain in our minds. It is our prayer that the Almighty God, whose plans transcend human understanding, would keep you in Abraham’s bosom.
