What is the PDA GIP?
The PDA Graduate Internship Program (GIP) provides qualified and committed graduates in Ghana with a unique opportunity to contribute to designing, implementing, managing, and evaluating projects for impact in West Africa. The Program enables early career graduates to contribute to the work of PDA in the development sector while learning from industry experts, thus enhancing their skills and competencies and providing them with valuable work experience and networks.
The GIP runs across three (3) main tracks for a renewable period of 6 months for each cohort. Graduate Interns work in an experiential learning environment with interdisciplinary teams on various real-world projects and tasks assigned to them within the organization.
