Participatory Development Associates (PDA) in partnership with the Citizens’ Movement against Corruption (CMaC) cordially invites members of the General Public to “YouthFutures: 2024 Youth Manifesto Dialogues” on Friday, November 1st, 2024.
PDA has been a trustworthy development partner creating impact and change in communities, districts, and national levels for over 20 years. In 2017, we introduced the successful Annual Knowledge Sharing Workshop to convene relevant stakeholders, state, and non-state actors towards enhancing the ecosystem for young people.
This year, PDA’s Knowledge Sharing Workshop presents “YouthFutures: 2024 Youth Manifesto Dialogues”, a special governance series focusing on critical youth issues in Ghana by providing a non-partisan platform for political parties to outline their proposed youth-specific development policies across ten key areas and engage in dialogue with young citizens, thus encouraging them to vote.
The event will feature the presentation of youth manifestos from various political parties, evidence-based insights on the current state of Ghana’s youth, and a vox pop of youth attitudes to government policies relevant to them. The audience will include students and other youth, media, political party representatives, and members of various youth groups. It will also feature an interactive session moderated by Mr. Edem Senanu (AU ABC) to address questions from young people about each party’s strategic plans for the future of Ghanaian youth.
The following are the details of the event:
Date: Friday, November 1st, 2024
