This study aimed to identify the conditions necessary for improving cooperation between traditional authorities and district/sub-district institutions within Ghana’s local government system. By strengthening these relationships, the project sought to enhance effective community governance.

The study provided a comprehensive review of progress, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
