This study explored key issues related to marriage and child maintenance in Ghanaian communities, using participatory research approaches to understand local concerns and legal challenges.
This national study aimed to explore the challenges and opportunities for promoting women’s rights within Ghana’s pluralistic legal system. Using Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) methods, the study engaged communities, legal professionals, and advocacy groups to assess the effectiveness of existing legal frameworks in protecting women’s rights.
