Alexander has had the privilege of leading research and evaluation projects in various countries across West Africa, including Ghana, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, and Senegal. These experiences have equipped him with valuable insights into the unique socio-economic landscapes of different regions, enabling him to tailor interventions that are contextually relevant and impactful.
Before joining PDA, Alexander previously consulted for the ActionAid International Humanitarian Action and Resilience Team (IHART) and contributed to designing assessment methodologies for assessing climate change-induced loss and damage in southeast Asia — Cambodia, Bangladesh, Nepal, Myanmar, and Vietnam. This allowed him to contribute to critical efforts aimed at understanding and mitigating the adverse effects of climate change on vulnerable communities, fostering resilience, and promoting sustainable development.
Alexander is passionate about leveraging research and evaluation as powerful tools for driving positive change and improving the lives of people, particularly those in marginalized communities.
