Project Snapshot:
This consultancy initiative supported Save the Children in developing the Alliance for Reproductive Health Rights. Through a series of facilitated processes—including concept paper development, stakeholder consultations, and group discussions—the project aimed to build a strategic framework that would enhance advocacy for reproductive health rights in Ghana.

- Develop a comprehensive concept paper outlining the strategic vision for the Alliance for Reproductive Health Rights.
- Facilitate inclusive stakeholder consultations and group discussions to incorporate diverse perspectives.
- Strengthen advocacy efforts and promote improved reproductive health rights within the framework of Save the Children’s Ghana Country Programme.
PDA’s Task:
PDA acted as a consultant, guiding the development of the concept paper and leading stakeholder engagement initiatives. The task involved facilitating dialogues and synthesizing inputs from various groups to shape a cohesive strategy for the Alliance.
How We Went About It:
- Concept Paper Development: Led the drafting of a detailed concept paper to articulate the vision, objectives, and strategic approach for the Alliance.
- Stakeholder Consultations: Organized and facilitated consultation sessions with key stakeholders, including community representatives, government officials, and partner organizations.
- Group Discussions: Conducted group discussions to gather a wide range of insights and feedback, ensuring that the strategy reflected diverse perspectives.
- Collaboration: Maintained continuous coordination with Save the Children staff to align the initiative with the broader goals of the Ghana Country Programme.
