PDA’s Task:
PDA led the Ghana Country Study, gathering insights from stakeholders and producing a comprehensive report to contribute to Christian Aid’s strategic planning process.
How We Went About It:
- Project Evaluation: Conducted field visits to assess the implementation and impact of Christian Aid’s programs.
- Stakeholder Interviews: Engaged beneficiaries, local partners, and government representatives to gain diverse perspectives.
- Comparative Analysis: Reviewed similar programs to identify best practices and lessons learned.
- Strategic Recommendations: Developed evidence-based recommendations for improving program design and implementation.
