Project Snapshot:
This study examined effective strategies for implementing and monitoring poverty reduction programmes at the district level. Using Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) methods, the study identified best practices for improving local development initiatives.

PDA’s Task:
PDA provided a national consultant for COWI, contributing expertise in qualitative research and policy analysis. The consultant played a key role in data collection, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.
How We Went About It:
