Project Snapshot:
For a 6-country survey commissioned by DFID, PDA managed the Ghana component by identifying 50 top-level “well informed people” across five stakeholder groups (government, parliament, civil service, civil society, and private sector). The survey used a structured questionnaire administered online, with the aim of capturing perceptions on the effectiveness of multilateral organizations.
Project Objectives:
- Evaluate perceptions of multilateral organisation effectiveness among key stakeholders in Ghana.
- Provide comparative insights across diverse sectors including government and civil society.
- Contribute data to a broader international survey on multilateral performance for DFID.
PDA’s Task:
PDA managed the Ghana survey component by designing the questionnaire, identifying and contacting top-level informants, and ensuring that data was collected and entered online efficiently.
How We Went About It:
- Identified and recruited 50 well-informed stakeholders from government, parliament, civil service, civil society, and the private sector.
- Administered a structured online questionnaire to capture detailed perceptions on multilateral effectiveness.
- Consolidated and analyzed the data for reporting and integration with the broader 6-country survey.
